Bio

Won Je Sung is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in the areas of criminal defense litigation, corporate & M&A litigation, and administrative & public law litigation.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Sung served in the Korean judiciary as a high court judge and a judge for 14 years. During his tenure as a judge, he acquired extensive experience in a wide range of cases involving administrative, civil, criminal, family and inheritance trials. He also served as a Director of Personnel Affairs at the National Court Administration. He has written academic papers, articles on legal issues.
