Bio

Tae Sik Park is an attorney in the firm’s Labor and Employment and White Collar Criminal Defense Practices.

Mr. Park practices in a wide range of areas of labor and employment law, with a focus on employment agreements, non-regular workforce operation, statutory compliance matters such as government audits, disciplinary action process, employment discrimination, safety and health issues, internal investigation including allegations of workplace discrimination & harassment, fraud and embezzlement as well as relevant administrative proceedings and litigation.

Before joining the firm in 1997, Mr. Park served as a public prosecutor for 8 years. In that capacity, Mr. Park developed expertise in a wide range of matters in criminal law, primarily in the areas of white collar criminal defense such as securities fraud, insider trading, protection of trade secrets and crisis management.

Implemented sexual harassment and workplace harassment prevention education for a number of domestic and foreign companies.
Implemented intensive training and workshops on sexual harassment and workplace harassment for managers and key officers of foreign companies.

Represented and advised a foreign medical information company in civil and criminal cases involving violation of the Personal Information Protection Act (the “PIPA”).
