Tae Sik Park is an attorney in the firm’s Labor and Employment and White Collar Criminal Defense Practices.

Mr. Park practices in a wide range of areas of labor and employment law, with a focus on employment agreements, non-regular workforce operation, statutory compliance matters such as government audits, disciplinary action process, employment discrimination, safety and health issues, internal investigation including allegations of workplace discrimination & harassment, fraud and embezzlement as well as relevant administrative proceedings and litigation.

Before joining the firm in 1997, Mr. Park served as a public prosecutor for 8 years. In that capacity, Mr. Park developed expertise in a wide range of matters in criminal law, primarily in the areas of white collar criminal defense such as securities fraud, insider trading, protection of trade secrets and crisis management.

  • Implemented sexual harassment and workplace harassment prevention education for a number of domestic and foreign companies.
  • Implemented intensive training and workshops on sexual harassment and workplace harassment for managers and key officers of foreign companies.
  • Prepared and provided advice on the rules of employment and work manuals related to sexual harassment and workplace harassment to numerous domestic and foreign companies.
