Stacie Soohyun Cho is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. Her practice focuses on antitrust and competition law and related regulatory matters. She advises clients across various industries, including technology, automobile, life sciences, and healthcare.

Ms. Cho has extensive experience handling all aspects of antitrust and competition law, from government investigations to merger clearance and litigation. Drawing on her deep industry knowledge and background in economics, she has successfully guided clients through high-stakes government investigations involving monopolization, cartel, and unfair trade practice issues. Ms. Cho also regularly advises on merger agreement negotiations, antitrust agency reviews, and remedies. Her experience also extends to appellate litigation, antitrust counseling, internal investigations, and corporate compliance.

Before joining Kim & Chang, Ms. Cho practiced in the New York office of Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP. Before attending law school, she worked at Analysis Group, a leading economic consulting firm, where she conducted complex damages and liability analyses and assisted in preparing expert testimony in multi-year cartel and monopolization litigation.

Ms. Cho is admitted to the New York Bar.
