Soeun Lee is an attorney at Kim & Chang’s Labor & Employment Practice. Ms. Lee primarily advises multinational corporations on domestic and international labor and employment matters.

Ms. Lee supports employers across the entire employment cycle, from hiring through termination, covering matters such as performance management, disciplinary issues, leave management, and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. Ms. Lee also has extensive experience in large-scale corporate restructuring, early retirement programs, and labor-management relations, including handling unfair labor practice claims and labor disputes. She has particular depth in high-profile individual employee separations and collective bargaining.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, she also advised domestic and international clients on all aspects of workforce management.

Ms. Lee received her J.D. from the Seoul National University Law School in 2019 and her B.A. from Seoul National University in 2015. She is admitted to the Korean bar.
