Bio

Seungbum Choi is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He primarily advises multinational corporations and Korean conglomerates on intellectual property, data protection, and fair trade law. His practice areas include game, resort & entertainment, technology, media & telecommunications, and life sciences and healthcare.

Mr. Choi advises clients on cross border-transactions, commercial contracts, licensing agreements, and copyright law. He also counsels various IT companies on regulatory matters with respect to marketing and promotional practices. He also worked as a Judge Advocate for the Republic of Korea Air Force, counselling on various military contracts and matters regarding intellectual property, product liability, and aviation law.

Mr. Choi received a J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2010, a J.D. from Yonsei University Law School in 2018, and his B.A. from Seoul National University in 2007. He is admitted to the New York bar and the Korean bar.
