Bio

Nam Phan is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. As a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, Mr. Phan extensively advises international corporations and large domestic conglomerates on a range of issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions, fair trade and franchise law, and cross-border transactions, particularly those involving the Vietnamese market.

Before joining the firm in 2021, Mr. Phan was associated with the New York office of Milbank LLP. Currently, Mr. Phan is also a board member of the Business Association of Vietnamese in Korea.

Mr. Phan is admitted to the New York and California Bars. He is fluent in English and Vietnamese, and proficient in Korean.
