Bio

Myung-Su Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He primarily advises Corporate Governance & Shareholder Disputes, Corporate Investigations & White Collar Defense, Employment Litigation, and Family, Trusts & Estates Litigation.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Kim served in the judiciary for 20 years as a judge and a presiding judge at a number of District Courts. During his tenure as a judge, he acquired extensive experience in various fields including civil, criminal, warrant, family, insolvency, and rehabilitation cases.

While working as a judge, Mr. Kim was dispatched to the Judicial Research and Training Institute of Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam (Hanoi, Vietnam) and the Legislation and Judiciary Committee of the National Assembly, where he engaged in overseas judicial exchanges and participated in the legislative process of the National Assembly.
