Moon Han LEE - Kim & Chang

Bio

Moon Han Lee is an attorney at Kim & Chang who specializes in corporate criminal, labor, constitutional litigation, industrial safety protection and corporate criminal litigation.

Mr. Lee served as a prosecutor at the Prosecutors’ Office for 23 years where he gained extensive experience in criminal, labor, election and corporate investigations, and served as an expert member of the Legislation and Judiciary Committee of the National Assembly for two years where he acquired in-depth knowledge about legislation.

Holding a Ph.D. in the Constitution of the Republic of Korea, Mr. Lee possesses expertise in matters regarding the Constitution. He wrote a legal book titled “Criminal Punishment for Fake News and Freedom of Press Publication,” co-authored the Explanatory Notes on the Public Officials Election Act, and wrote a number of articles on topics concerning the Constitution and criminal law. He also has experience in giving special lectures at the Institute of Justice and Seoul National University, among others.
