Minsoo Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in the areas of criminal defense litigation, corporate and M&A litigation, antitrust and competition litigation, banking, securities and finance litigation, and technology, media & telecommunications litigation.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Kim served in the judiciary for 15 years as a judge or a presiding judge at various District Courts. During his tenure as a judge, he gained extensive experience in a wide range of civil and criminal cases. Furthermore, he served as a director of Planning and Coordination Bureau at the National Court Administration of the Supreme Court of Korea.

Mr. Kim received an LL.B. from Seoul National University College of Law in 2001, and his LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2014. He also attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. He was admitted to the Korean bar in 2003.
