Miles Chung is a senior foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. He specializes in crisis management, regulatory investigations and legal compliance in the areas of antitrust law and data privacy/cybersecurity.

In his antitrust practice, Mr. Chung leverages his deep industry knowledge and extensive hands-on experience to advise clients on all aspects of competition law, including regulatory investigations into potential conduct violations and merger reviews by the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC). His expertise extends to related criminal investigations and follow-on/appellate litigations.

In the area of data privacy/cybersecurity, Mr. Chung assists clients in understanding and complying with Korea’s rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. He provides strategic guidance on data privacy compliance, handles regulatory filings and represents companies during investigations by government bodies such as the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) and the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA).
