Bio

Kyung Hwan Cha is an attorney at Kim & Chang. Mr. Cha primarily provides legal advice in areas such as antitrust & competition, corporate investigations & white collar defense, serious accidents punishment act, international practice and capital markets. He has a lot of experience in criminal cases based on his 24-year career as a prosecutor.

Mr. Cha served as a prosecutor for 24 years, including four years of service as a Chief Prosecutor. He has a deep understanding and knowledge of various criminal cases. He also has various legal experiences, such as working in planning departments of the Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, and working as a diplomat.

Mr. Cha is currently serving as a member of various committees of the Korean Government, and an outside director of corporations. He is also engaged in various legal activities, such as giving lectures at a law school.
