Kyung Yoon Lee is an attorney in Kim & Chang's various practices including private equity and venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and general advice, and foreign direct investment. 

Mr. Lee's practice focuses on M&As and corporate governance issues for listed companies as well as investment activities of private equity funds in Korea. Mr. Lee has extensive experience handling a wide range of cross-border transactions in representing multinational corporations and Korean corporations, including share and asset purchases and joint ventures in Korea and overseas, corporate governance, and general corporate and commercial law matters. In addition, Mr. Lee has extensive experience handling a wide range of acquisitions of financial institutions and regulatory issues for banking, securities, and financial holding companies in Korea. 

As a member of the firm's Technology, Media & Telecommunication Practice, Mr. Lee advises international IT companies, telecommunication services providers, and broadcasting companies on regulatory issues and M&A-related matters. Also, as a member of the firm's Private Equity Practice, Mr. Lee advises private equity funds on the establishment and management of the private equity funds and their investment activities in Korea, including mergers and acquisition, tender offers, and other regulatory issues under the Korean securities laws.
