Keom Yun Kang is an attorney who primarily advises on employment and labor-related laws such as the Labor Standards Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Serious Accident Punishment Act.

While serving in the Ministry of Employment and Labor for 16 years, Ms. Kang was responsible for enacting the Enforcement Decree of the Serious Accident Punishment Act and was in charge of the enforcement and investigation of said act as the first director of the Serious Accident Punishment Division. Additionally in 2018, Ms. Kang prepared a complete amendment to the Occupational Safety and Health Act and took charge of the entire process to pass the Act. Also, as an assistance director in charge of the Labor Standards Act, Ms. Kang implemented administrative guidelines related to ordinary wages, fair personnel and rules of employment
