Jung-Lae Lee is an attorney at Kim & Chang who practices in the fields of labor & employment, and anti-corruption & corporate compliance.

Mr. Lee advises clients in industries such as automobiles, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, finance, and IT industries in all areas of employment and labor law. In particular, he has developed practical experience and expertise in various labor disputes, including cases involving the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and each branch office, prosecutors' office, police, and the National Human Rights Commission of Korea.

In addition, Mr. Lee has conducted preventive training on sexual and workplace harassment and discrimination in the workplace for numerous clients. He has also advised on internal investigations and represented disputes related to the above issues.
