Jongmin Lee is an attorney at Kim & Chang and practices primarily in the areas of intellectual property litigation and trade secret litigation. 

Mr. Lee has extensive experience in disputes and transactions with issues involving intellectual property laws, especially those relating to patent, in-service invention, character, brand, computer program, IT system and confidential information, including trade secret.

Mr. Lee earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in 2008. In 2011, he graduated from Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. 

He is admitted to the Korean bar.
