Jiwon Kang is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang’s Antitrust & Competition Practice.

He primarily advises multinational corporations and Korean conglomerates on AI and data, antitrust and competition (primarily online platform-related) and compliance issues. He actively participates in various government councils, working groups and tasks forces on AI-related legislation and policy issues initiated by the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Korea Communications Commission, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, etc.
