Jiwon Hahn is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. As a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, Ms. Hahn advises international corporations, private equity funds and large domestic conglomerates in connection with cross-border corporate transactions including joint ventures, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate matters.

Before joining the firm in 2020, Ms. Hahn was associated with the New York and Seoul offices of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where she advised clients on M&A and securities transactions.

Ms. Hahn received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2018, her M.St. in Modern Languages from the St Hilda’s College of the University of Oxford in 2014, and her B.A. in Comparative Literature from Wellesley College in 2013. She is admitted to the New York Bar.
