Jin Woong Lee is an attorney at Kim & Chang. Mr. Lee is engaged in litigation and advisory services in the field of corporate restructuring based on his 20 years of experience in the court of Korea.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Lee served as a judge and presiding judge at Seoul Bankruptcy Court, Seoul Central District Court, Seoul Southern District Court, and Seoul Western District Court, where he was in charge of judicial affairs in various fields, including civil, criminal, warrant, bankruptcy, and injunction cases. In particular, he has expertise in corporate rehabilitation and bankruptcy procedures through his work in Seoul Bankruptcy Court, Seoul Central District Court, and Suwon District Court. In addition, he has an extensive experience in judicial administration related to trials in the National Court Administration.
