Jihye Hong is an attorney at Kim & Chang, who advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including antitrust & competition, compliance and regulatory affairs and data privacy/AI. She has particularly extensive experience advising clients in highly regulated industries (such as pharmaceuticals and medical devices in the healthcare sector, as well as IT/e-commerce), providing tailored counsel not only on industry-specific regulatory issues but also on compliance program design, M&A and antitrust-related matters.

Ms. Hong assists clients in finding solutions under crisis management situations involving product recalls and government investigations, planning and implementing acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring in Korea, and establishing and operating a robust internal compliance system.
