Jae-Dong Lim is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate Investigations & White Collar Defense and Labor & Employment Practices. 

Mr. Lim has extensive experience in white collar criminal defense and criminal issues related to labor and employment law. Mr. Lim’s practice focuses particularly on the operation of non-regular workers, illegal labor union strikes, statutory compliance matters such as government audits, and safety and health issues. 

He is an expert defense counsel working on various cases that reflect his distinguished experiences in connection with large-scale white collar crime cases, issues involving dispatch of large-scale industrial sites, and other labor-management relations consultations and related criminal cases. 

Before joining the firm, Mr. Lim served as a public prosecutor for ten years. While serving as a prosecutor, Mr. Lim was a Research Prosecutor in the Public Security Department of the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office which supervises the overall prosecutors’ investigation and strategy related to labor issues. He has also lectured on “Korea Labor Law” and “Investigation Know-How in Labor Case” at the Legal Research & Training Institute, Korea Labor Education Institute, and Criminal Investigation Training Institute.
