Mr. Kim has been actively involved in many high-profile transactions in Korea or relating to Korean businesses including technology, banking, general trading, and construction equipment sectors. Mr. Kim represents corporate clients and private equity funds on various mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, inbound investment and other projects. 

Mr. Kim advises clients on the competition law issues arising from their daily operations and mergers and acquisitions transactions, investigations by the Korea Fair Trade Commission into violations of competition law, and global merger filings for inbound and outbound mergers and acquisitions transactions. Mr. Kim also counsels foreign high-tech companies in complex competition law litigation and investigation. 

Mr. Kim also represents a broad range of companies in the information, communication and technology sectors, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment and antitrust compliance. 

Mr. Kim received an LL.M. from Stanford Law School in 2012, and his LL.B. from Seoul National University College of Law in 2004. He attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea from 2002 to 2004. He is admitted to the Korean bar.
