Ick-Ryol Huh is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in project finance and acquisition finance, and also practices in aircraft finance, banking and capital markets. 

Mr. Huh has expertise in financing transactions, especially in project financing and acquisition financing. He has also advised clients on general banking and securities issues. He has extensive experience in both domestic and offshore project financing, including infrastructure projects and power and petrochemical projects. He is also an expert on aircraft and ship financing, securities issues, and corporate financing. 

He was seconded to Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy based in the New York office in the foreign attorney program during 1987 and 1988. Mr. Huh has also published an article in the Transportation Finance Review. 

Mr. Huh received an LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law in 1987, an LL.M. from Seoul National University, Graduate School of Law in 1979, and an LL.B from Seoul National University, College of Law in 1977. He also attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. Mr. Huh is admitted to the Korean bar and the New York bar.
