Hyo Jin Bae is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang’s Labor & Employment Practice. Ms. Bae advises multinational employers on all aspects of employment and labor-related matters and compliance issues.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Ms. Bae worked at the United Nations for over ten years, where she specialized in labor and employment as well as internal investigation matters. Ms. Bae also worked at law firms in Virginia, where she advised and represented clients on various employment law issues.

Ms. Bae received her B.A. in Business Administration and Western History from Seoul National University in 2005, and her J.D. from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School in 2008. She is admitted to the Virginia bar and the District of Columbia bar.
