Gun Woo Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang, specializing in corporate governance restructuring, management control disputes, shareholder activism, and mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”).

Mr. Kim has successfully represented major domestic listed companies and business conglomerates, advising them on hostile M&A defense, management control disputes, and strategic responses to shareholder activism. In addition to corporate acquisitions, he provides comprehensive counsel to major listed companies on complex corporate and business restructurings.
