Her practice focuses on high-stakes merger control and multi-jurisdictional filing matters, having advised clients in multiple matters recognized as “GCR Regional Matter of the Year.” Ms. Jang also advises multinational corporations on government investigations and regulatory compliance involving fair trade, privacy, FDI, healthcare and customs regulations.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Ms. Jang practiced antitrust law at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in Washington, D.C. Her background also includes serving as a research analyst at the International Monetary Fund and Edgeworth Economics. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and her undergraduate degree in International Economics from Georgetown University.
