Eun-kyu Hwang is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in the areas of administrative & public law litigation, criminal defense litigation, construction & engineering disputes, antitrust & competition litigation, and corporate & M&A litigation. 

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Hwang served in the judiciary for 13 years as a judge and a presiding judge at numerous District Courts and the Supreme Court of Korea. During his tenure as a judge, he gained extensive experience in various fields including civil, criminal, family and administrative cases. Especially when he was working as a Research Judge at the Supreme Court of Korea, Mr. Hwang accumulated a breadth of experience and strengthened his expertise in administrative litigation.
