Eunbi Lee is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. Ms. Lee is a member of our firm’s Financing, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practices.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, she worked as an associate at a large international law firm in New York and at a Magic Circle firm in Seoul. She is a New York-qualified lawyer with experience in a wide range of syndicated and secured bank financings and cross-border M&A transactions.
