Attorney Eoh Jin Chung of Kim & Chang primarily practices in the areas of antitrust & competition, compliance, administrative litigation, and Japan-related matters.
Mr. Chung has represented and advised numerous domestic and multinational companies on the full spectrum of antitrust & competition issues, including international and domestic cartels, business combinations (merger control), abuse of market dominance, regulations on corporate groups, large-scale distribution, subcontracting, and false or misleading advertising.
In particular, Mr. Chung previously worked at SK Telecom in business strategy and marketing strategy roles. Drawing on this in-house experience, he has developed deep industry insight across a wide range of sectors (airline, automotive, steel, shipbuilding, IT, electronics, retail, finance, and film) while handling cartel matters, merger filings, abuse of dominance cases, and unfair trade practices, thereby strengthening his expertise and capabilities. In addition, Mr. Chung has participated in numerous projects to design and implement compliance systems for Korean corporations.
