Attorney Do Hyung Lee of Kim & Chang provides legal advice in the fields of personnel and labor law and represents clients in related litigation. He possesses extensive advisory and litigation experience regarding various personnel and labor issues, such as employee classification, dismissal, disciplinary action, wages, working hours, workplace regulations, occupational accidents, discrimination, workplace harassment, dispatch work, labor unions, and labor inspections.

Mr. Lee has built substantial experience in wage-related litigation, including directly handling a case before the Supreme Court regarding the ordinary wage status of regular bonuses, and he has successfully conducted lawsuits concerning the employee status of special types of workers, such as debt collectors, loan consultants, and insurance planners. In addition, he has experience representing major clients, including domestic and international companies, in various types of litigation.

He proactively identifies newly emerging issues in the personnel and labor field each year and provides in-depth legal advice to major clients. Recently, he has offered legal counsel to meet the demands and needs of clients regarding the introduction of flexible working hours due to the reduction in working hours and has conducted extensive advisory work on compliance with and improvement of labor relations laws and regulations.

Before joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Lee gained experience as a judge, equipping him with knowledge and experience in general civil and criminal litigation. He also has significant experience related to personnel and labor issues predominantly affecting the insurance, gaming, and ICT industries.
