Mr. Park has advised global tech companies on various antitrust regulatory compliance and dispute matters, as well as financial institutions and operating companies in commercial disputes involving securities transactions, shareholders agreements and distribution agreements. In addition, he advised US and Korean clients on capital markets and derivatives transactions and related regulations.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Park worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP’s New York and Seoul offices.
