David Seoho Lee is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang and its Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practices. He advises technology, life sciences and energy clients, as well as investors and financial institutions, on strategic and financial matters.
Mr. Lee has broad experience advising public and private companies, venture capital investors and private equity firms, and also the management teams, boards of directors and stockholders of such clients. He regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions transactions, venture and growth equity investments, equity and debt financings, corporate and securities law, and structuring and corporate governance considerations. High growth and mature clients, sophisticated investors and disruptive technologists alike seek David’s counsel for his legal and business acumen.
Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Lee practiced with Goodwin Procter LLP (NY), Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Professional Corporation (SF) and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP (NY).
Mr. Lee received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2016 and A.B. from Princeton University in 2012. He is admitted to the New York bar and California bar.
