Bio

Chan Mook Choi is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in the areas of white collar criminal defense and labor and employment including industrial accidents.

Mr. Choi is an expert defense counsel who has an esteemed background and experience with various large-scale white collar crime cases, issues involving dispatch of large-scale industrial sites, Industrial Accident, and other labor-management relations consultations and related criminal cases.

Mr. Choi acquired extensive experience with various types of criminal cases during his distinguished 17-year tenure at the Prosecutors' Office. In particular, having dealt with various cases related to labor-management issues at the Prosecutors’ Office, he is familiar with and well versed in criminal law issues related to labor-management disputes.

He received his LL.B. from College of Law, Korea University in 1984 and attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. He is admitted to the Korean bar.
