Before starting his career as an attorney, Mr. Kim served in the judiciary system for 15 years, first as a judge and later as a presiding judge. During his term, he accumulated various knowledge and extensive experience in diverse cases related to criminal defense litigation, banking & finance litigation, capital markets and derivatives. 

Mr. Kim also worked in the National Court Administration, where he enhanced his comprehension regarding judicial personnel administration system, law school system and appellate trial system.
