Bitnara Shin is an attorney at Kim & Chang. She practices primarily in the areas of banking, financing, project financing, structured financing, and insolvency and restructuring practices. 

Ms. Shin has extensive experience representing major banking institutions, investment banks, private equity funds and financial institutions. She specializes in financing transactions, including project financing, asset-backed securitization, acquisition financing as well as banking regulations.

Ms. Shin received an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2019 and an LL.B. from College of Law, Seoul National University in 2009. More recently, she served as an intern at Doing Business in the World Bank.
