Gabriel Kyoung-Pyo Park is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang and a member of the firm’s Anti-Corruption & Corporate Compliance and Corporate Investigations & White Collar Defense Practices. He advises major global clients on disputes, criminal investigations, regulatory enforcement and internal investigations.
Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Park served as a federal prosecutor at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, where he investigated and litigated various offenses, including fraud, extortion, money laundering, tax evasion, international narcotics trafficking, organized crime and other violent crimes.
Mr. Park was also a judge advocate in the United States Air Force, prosecuting military violations and handling wide-ranging matters concerning government contracts, employment, ethics, operations planning and internal investigations during several overseas assignments. Mr. Park concluded his military service in the rank of Major.
Mr. Park received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2013, where he was an executive editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. He received a B.A. in mathematics from Wake Forest University in 2008. He is admitted to the New York bar.
