Brian (Jae Hyuk) Chang is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices in a wide range of corporate areas, with a focus on entertainment, game and IT industry advising his clients on contents production, investment, regulatory and dispute issues.
Throughout his career, Mr. Chang has primarily advised multinational corporations and Korean conglomerates in the game, entertainment, IT and finance industries.
Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Chang worked at Netflix managing the production, IP investment and dispute related issues. He has also advised several global game companies, IT companies and investment firms on their corporate, dispute and regulatory issues at KL Partners and Shin & Kim.
Mr. Chang received a J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law in 2015, and his B.A. from Dartmouth College in 2011. He is admitted to the Korean bar. He is fluent in English and Korean.
