Pil Hyung Kho is an attorney at Kim & Chang. Mr. Kho primarily provides legal advice in areas such as anti-corruption & corporate compliance, antitrust & competition, capital markets, trade secret & corporate information protection and corporate investigations & white collar defense.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Kho served as a prosecutor at the Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office, the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office, and the Gwangju District Prosecutors’ Office for about 18 years.

While serving as a prosecutor in the Special Investigation Department at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office, the head of the Industrial Technology Crime Investigation Department at the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office, and the director of the Investigation Division in the Anti-Corruption and Violence Department at the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, he has accumulated various hands-on experiences in cases of anti-corruption, antitrust, capital market, industrial technology leakage, unfair competition and trade secret protection.

In addition, while working at the Prosecution Division of the Ministry of Justice twice, he had extensive experience in practices and system reforms related to HR or the organizational operation of the Prosecutors’ Office, as well as collaboration works with the National Assembly and other Government departments.
