Wanhyung Lee is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He works as an attorney in the field of corporate criminal litigation, capital market, administrative litigation and administrative relief, tax audits and tax litigations, fintech and IT regulations, and construction real estate disputes.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Lee served in the judiciary for 17 years from 2005 to 2022 - he served as a judge and chief judge in courts, including the Seoul Central District Court, Seoul Eastern District Court, Cheongju District Court, Changwon District Court, and Suwon District Court Seongnam Branch. He has conducted trial work in various fields, including civil, criminal, and administrative litigation.

He also worked as a trial researcher and general criminal trial researcher at the Supreme Court, conducting in-depth jurisprudence research for the formation of precedents.
