Soyun Park is a foreign attorney in the Tax Practice at Kim & Chang. She has extensive experience in advising clients from a variety of sectors on a wide range of international tax planning and transactional tax matters.
Throughout her career, Ms. Park has provided tax advice to multinational clients in connection with a variety of complex cross-border transactions and reorganizations, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financings, dispositions, restructurings, joint ventures, financial product transactions, US real estate investments, securities offerings, hedge and private equity fund matters, and other major transactions.
Prior to joining Kim & Chang in 2022, Ms. Park was a tax partner at two global law firms in New York since 2014.
Ms. Park received an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law in 2006, her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2005, and her B.S. in Neuroscience and Behavior from Columbia University in 2000. She is admitted to the New York Bar.
