Sang-Hoon JIN - Kim & Chang

Bio

Sang-Hoon Jin is an attorney at Kim & Chang. With his extensive litigation experience in courts, Mr. Jin specializes in competition, administrative and public Law, human resources, criminal defense, corporate restructuring litigation.

Before joining Kim & Chang in 2022, Mr. Jin served as a judge, then as a presiding judge, and later as a high court judge for 19 years in numerous courts including the Seoul High Court. During his tenure as a judge, he accumulated a wide range of experience in civil, criminal and administrative litigation. From 2019 to 2022, He handled competition and administrative cases in the Seoul High Court. He also served in the National Court Administration as a director for two years.
