Min-Ha GANG is a Finance & Transfer Pricing Advisor in the firm’s Transfer Pricing Practice.
Mr. Gang practices primarily in the area of providing transfer pricing advisory and consultation services to a wide array of multi-national financial institutions including securities companies, banks, asset management companies, insurance/re-insurance companies, etc. He has diverse experience in transfer pricing areas such as transfer pricing analysis, documentation and planning, as well as representing clients during tax and regulatory audits. Some of his recent involvements include but not limited to: providing transfer pricing planning consultation for a US-based, a UK-based, and France-based securities companies; providing transfer pricing documentation for various European and US-based financial institutions; and providing tax audit defense service for a US-based securities company.
Mr. Gang’s recent practices include all facets of cross-border transactions in which industry leading financial institutions are involved such as: financial transactions (e.g., global trading, inter-company funding, financial transactions, investment banking, discretionary/non-discretionary investment advisory); and service transactions (e.g., relationship banking, intra-group service) for industry leading financial institutions.
Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Gang worked for PwC Korea as a manager of the financial services transfer pricing team, and he also worked for a bank and an investment advisory company in the U.S.
