Sung Yun Kang is an attorney at Kim & Chang whose practice focuses on transactional matters, including financial regulations, compliance and licensing. She especially concentrates her transactional practice on rapidly evolving areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), fintech, responsible business, IT, digital assets, security token offering (STO), fractional investment, sandbox, foreign exchange (F/X), anti-money laundering (AML), and privacy and information protection.
