Miae Woo is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang’s corporate practice. Ms. Woo advises corporate and private equity clients in strategic and financial investments. Ms. Woo is also experienced in venture financing and minority investments in high growth companies.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Ms. Woo worked at Cooley LLP in Singapore and advised innovative companies and investors in the US and Southeast Asia. Ms. Woo also worked in the New York offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, with an extensive experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions.
