Hyeonseok Lee is an attorney at Kim & Chang who primarily focuses on providing litigation services and advising on employment litigation, criminal defense litigation, corporate investigations and white collar defense, and construction and engineering disputes. In providing solutions to these cases, Mr. Lee applies in-depth legal expertise and experience that he gained through numerous court proceedings. 

While serving as a judge of various courts including the Seoul Central District Court and Daejeon District Court, Mr. Lee administered various cases including civil and criminal cases and those related to the issuance of warrants. For five years from 2014, Mr. Lee worked as a research judge in charge of criminal and labor issues at the Supreme Court of Korea and conducted comprehensive legal research to build databases of employment and criminal cases.
