Bio

Jae-Mok Lee is a certified tax accountant at Kim & Chang. He practices in a wide range of tax matters with a focus on transfer pricing, tax treaty, permanent establishment and other international tax issues of multinational enterprises.

Mr. Lee has experienced various tax-related duties for more than ten years at the Ministry of Strategy and Finance. Prior to joining Kim & Chang, he was in charge of international taxation policies as the Director of International Tax Division at the Ministry of Strategy and Finance.

In addition, he worked for the OECD as a Senior Advisor at the Center for Tax Policy and Tax Administration (CTPA) and had been involved in Aggressive Tax Planning (ATP) and Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) related works from 2010 to 2013.
