Hyung-Pyo Choi is an attorney at Kim & Chang who represents and advises clients in the areas of corporate investigation & white collar defense, employment litigation, banking, securities & finance litigation, construction & engineering defense, and product liability & consumer claims. 

Mr. Choi worked in commercial affairs departments and labor departments at various levels of courts including the Seoul High Court and the Seoul Central District Court for 19 years. While at the Supreme Court of Korea, Mr. Choi served as an exclusive deputy researcher and criminal researcher for four years, conducting judicial research on diverse large-scale criminal cases. Mr. Choi was also primarily responsible for judicial administration concerning criminal trials in the Judicial Procedure Office of the National Court Administration and the Sentencing Commission of the Supreme Court of Korea.
