Sung-gyun Hong is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He primarily practices in the areas of criminal defense litigation, corporate and M&A litigation, and administrative law litigation.

Before joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Hong served in the judiciary as a judge at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and experienced a number of civil and criminal cases. He also has an extensive list of research papers, particularly on foreign commercial law. Mr. Hong’s experience in the judiciary and expertise in commercial law form the foundation of his legal counseling at Kim & Chang.
