Sang-Dong Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang. Drawing from his 20-year-long experience of serving as a judge, he specializes practicing in anti-corruption & corporate compliance, capital markets, corporate investigations & white collar defense, criminal defense litigation, and employment litigation matters. 

While serving as a judge and presiding judge at various levels of courts including Seoul Central District Court, Seoul Southern District Court, Seoul High Court and Incheon District Court, Mr. Kim accumulated a wide range of experiences in various judicial tasks ranging from criminal to civil and application cases. In particular, he acquired experience in major criminal cases from his service as a presiding judge of the criminal collegiate system at Seoul Central District Court and Incheon District Court. Since he has entered into private practice, he has also handled various cases involving violation of capital market laws.
