Han Kyu Lee is a foreign attorney in Kim & Chang’s Anti-Corruption & Corporate Compliance Practice and International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice.
Throughout his career, Mr. Lee has worked on various complex, cross-border disputes and corporate investigations and compliance matters, in both civil and criminal contexts. Mr. Lee has handled a wide range commercial disputes including breaches of contract, antitrust and intellectual property dispute cases. Mr. Lee’s criminal defense experience includes representation of individuals and corporations in investigations for alleged fraud, false statements, price fixing, intellectual property thefts and FCPA violations in the United States.
Before joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Lee was an associate at Paul Hastings LLP’s Hong Kong and Seoul offices and Baker Botts LLP’s Washington, D.C. office
Mr. Lee received his J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law and his B.S. from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is a member of the Washington, D.C. bar.
