Ung Ahn is an attorney at Kim & Chang who specializes in intellectual property and litigation. 

Throughout his career, Mr. Ahn has been actively involved in many intellectual property-related cases and in the enforcement of IP rights, including trade secrets, unfair competition and trademarks, with a particular emphasis on patents. 

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Ahn worked at the Korean Intellectual Property Office as a patent examiner responsible for the examination of a vast number of patent applications. 

Mr. Ahn received an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2016. In the same year, he worked at Ropes & Gray LLP’s New York office. 

Mr. Ahn is admitted to the Korean bar and the Illinois bar.
